Local knowledge. Institutional discipline.

Before entering commercial real estate, Logan spent 14 years in the hospitality industry at Yard House Restaurants, rising from server trainer to General Manager. Along the way, he held roles as Restaurant Manager, New Restaurant Opening Supervisor, and Associate General Manager, building expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and client service that translates directly to the investment sales business.

Logan's years managing high-volume restaurant operations across Southern California gave him a deep understanding of local markets and a service-first mindset that his clients value. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2022 to bring that same commitment to the multifamily investment space, and quickly established himself as the LAAA Team's specialist for the Ventura and Santa Barbara County corridor.
