About Filip Niculete
Born in Romania and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Filip studied Finance at San Diego State University and began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011. Since then, he has built a reputation for execution, integrity, and relentless work ethic.
In 2019, Filip partnered with Glen Scher to form the LAAA Team (formerly Los Angeles Apartment Advisors). The team has grown to 10 dedicated specialists focused exclusively on apartment building sales, development land, and 1031 exchanges across Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.
