Is the initial consultation and property valuation free?
Yes. Our initial consultation and Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) are completely complimentary with no obligation. We meet with you, tour the property, review your financials, and deliver a detailed valuation report within 5-7 business days. Many apartment building owners use our BOV to understand their current equity position, even if they are not ready to sell.
What information should I have ready before contacting the LAAA Team?
The most helpful documents are your current rent roll (unit numbers, rents, lease dates) and a trailing 12-month operating statement or profit and loss statement. If you do not have these readily available, we can work with property tax records and market data to provide a preliminary valuation. Having your building's address, unit count, and approximate square footage is enough to start the conversation.
Can I sell my apartment building confidentially?
Absolutely. We handle many confidential and off-market sales where the property is not publicly advertised.
