Glen began his career at Marcus & Millichap's Encino office in 2014, shortly after graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Economics and a minor in Accounting. Early on, he focused on the southern San Fernando Valley (Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village, Toluca Lake), where he quickly established himself as a market expert. By 2016, he was recognized as one of the most active multifamily agents in the region, earning the Rookie of the Year award from the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
Marcus & Millichap promoted Glen to Senior Associate in 2017, less than three years into his career. In 2019, he partnered with longtime colleague Filip Niculete to form the LAAA Team (formerly Los Angeles Apartment Advisors). Today the team has 8 investment professionals and 3 support staff focused exclusively on apartment building sales, development land, and 1031 exchanges.

Before entering real estate, Glen was a standout Division I golfer at UCSB. Over his four-year collegiate career, he captured three individual titles and recorded more than 25 top-ten finishes, earning a national ranking among the top 50 collegiate golfers. In his junior year, Glen was named Big West Golfer of the Year and UC Santa Barbara Male Athlete of the Year, becoming the first and only golfer in UCSB history to receive the university's highest athletic honor.
