Blake joined Marcus & Millichap to bring that same analytical rigor to the multifamily investment space. He covers the western San Fernando Valley for the LAAA Team, focusing on apartment buildings in Canoga Park, Reseda, Winnetka, Woodland Hills, and the surrounding communities. The LAAA Team has closed 214 deals totaling $823M across the San Fernando Valley.
