Aida Memary Scher

Aida brings a rare combination of urban planning expertise and financial underwriting discipline to the multifamily investment business. Before becoming an investment specialist, she spent two years at Marcus & Millichap as a brokerage administrator and financial underwriter, building the analytical foundation that sets her apart.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Aida worked in city planning and community development, including roles with Habitat for Humanity and The Transit Coalition. That background gives her a perspective on urban development, zoning, and community impact that directly informs her work advising apartment building owners and investors on the Westside.

Aida graduated from California State University, Northridge with honors, and has built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable multifamily specialists on the Westside of Los Angeles.
